PP Techniq A/S · Secure field data entry
Today's entry for has been recorded and sent to the PP Techniq operations log.
Fields marked ✱ are required
Unit & date
Enter the serial number from the label on the front panel of this unit. Format: SPC43682/02 — letters and numbers, forward slash, then 2 digits.
Check the label on the front panel or the CE plate inside the side panel.
Battery readings
AGM: ⚠️ below 45.6V · ⛔ cut-off at 40.8V LFP: cut-off managed by Lynx BMS at cell level
SoC is only accurate after a full 100% charge + absorption cycle. If SoC has not been recalibrated recently, use Voltage and Ah as primary references.
Enter the current shown on the GX battery page. Positive = charging · Negative = discharging · 0A = absorption complete or idle. When SoC = 100% AND current = 0A, full absorption is automatically confirmed.
Read from the BMV battery monitor (component 6, front panel, left side). 0 Ah = fully charged · −80 Ah = recharge before deployment · −100 Ah = immediate recharge
LFP cut-off is managed at cell level by the Lynx BMS — no fixed pack voltage threshold. If one cell reads more than 50mV below the others, escalate immediately. Do not attempt to bypass the BMS.
Charge & balancer status
Auto-filled today when SoC = 100% and current = 0A is detected above. If completing a manual entry, enter the date the unit last reached 100% SoC with 0A absorption current.
Do not use this unit for platform ascension until Balancer Status shows "Balanced" within the last 10 days. An unbalanced battery may trip mid-ascension, leaving the platform without power at height.
Input selector switch (component 4): position 1 = single phase · position 2 = three phase · position 0 = off.
Visual inspection ✱ all required
If any of these are present: evacuate area, turn Main switch (12) OFF, turn Input selector (4) to 0, disconnect AC. Do NOT open panels. Call emergency services if fire cannot be contained.
Check all three CEE connectors (Input 1 / Input 2 / Output 32A). Any burn marks or melted plastic → do not energise, escalate immediately.
Especially important in lifting bag deployments — air channels must remain open to prevent thermal shutdown.
GX display powers on and off with the Main switch (12). If blank after 60 seconds, check VRM portal for last alarm before cycling power.
Do not clear active alarms without identifying the root cause first. If alarms are present, record details in the Notes field below and escalate.
AGM: sounder activates below 45.6V, ceases when voltage recovers above 45.6V for 30 sec. LFP: sounder triggered by Lynx BMS alarm — connect AC and check GX immediately.
